Service Description

This energising Vinyasa Yoga is an invigorating, energetic style of yoga where we move or “flow” from pose to pose whilst connecting our breath to movement. During our 60-minute flow practice through Zoom with Linda, we look to build strength, flexibility and balance whilst focusing on the breath to calm and bring our awareness inside. With a bonus FREE 45 mins Yin Yoga every Tuesday 6.00 to 6.45 p.m.
